Terms and Conditions

• Referral payments will only be made to the Realtor or Individual that first registers a new homebuyer on the CottageCraft Homes Web site, before the new homebuyer has met and registered with the Listing Agent at a CottageCraft Homes subdivision.

• The person making a referral acknowledges that he/she has notified the person being referred that their name is being submitted.

• Employees (agents) of the listing realtor are not eligible for the referral fee.

• If the person being referred does not submit a qualified offer for a new (not a resale) CottageCraft home within 6 months of the registration date, no referral fee will be paid.
  

• There will only be one referral fee paid for each new CottageCraft Homes home sale transaction, and will be paid after the successful closing of the new home.

• For each prospective buyer registered by a Realtor or Individual which results in the sale and closing of a new (not a resale) CottageCraft home, the referring Realtor or Individual will receive a referral fee of:
  • $1,000 for the first closing in the calendar year ending December 31
  • $2,500 for the second closing in the same calendar year
  • $5,000 for the third closing in the same calendar year

• There is a limit of 3 referral fee payments in a calendar year due to Real Estate regulations.
