We Are
| As
a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association,
Ryan Casadaban has been building in Atlanta for 10 years.
With a B.S. degree from Auburn University in Civil Engineering
and a M.S. degree in Geo-technical Engineering from Utah
State University, home building was a creative and natural
outlet for his technical training. Ryan has an acute ability
to look at value engineering and has a clear understanding
of form and function in architectural design to maximize
space. He has teamed up with the best local architects
and developers to create some of Cobb and Cherokee's most
beautiful neighborhoods and custom homes that exude attention
to detail and his pursuit of a higher standard of craftsmanship. |

We have numerous homes under construction in multiple
locations that are available for purchase. Depending
on the phase of construction, you can work with our
staff to make changes to the home to reflect your
individual needs and tastes.

custom home built on one of our lots.
In this scenario, you choose the house plan to be
built on a lot in one of our subdivisions. You are
involved in the construction process from the beginning.
- A
custom home built on your land.
In this scenario, we will build a custom home on a
lot that you own. We will assist you from design concept
through final construction, addressing all the details
associated with building a custom home.
